LinkedIn videos are often the best of the platform — a founder telling a story, a recruiter walking through a role, a keynote clip. LinkedIn offers no download button, and if you are not logged in the videos usually will not even play. Why LinkedIn makes it awkward
LinkedIn wants you inside the platform, so it keeps videos locked to its native player and hides the underlying file. Right-clicking a LinkedIn video does not offer a save option, and the "share" menu only lets you send the link, not the media. But the video is just an MP4 sitting on LinkedIn's CDN, and that MP4 is what a downloader retrieves.
The no-login method
